
Senior Manager, CRM

- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance customer engagement and drive business growth.
- Analyze customer data and identify trends and opportunities for improvement in customer experience.
- Lead a team of CRM professionals and provide guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in customer engagement strategies across all departments.
- Monitor and track key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of CRM initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM to continuously improve and innovate customer engagement strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant data privacy regulations and policies in all CRM efforts.
- Manage relationships with CRM vendors and partners to ensure efficient and effective utilization of CRM tools and platforms.
- Develop and manage CRM budget and resource allocation to maximize ROI.
- Represent the company and promote CRM initiatives at industry events and conferences.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the CRM team.
- Act as a liaison between the CRM team and other departments to facilitate communication and collaboration.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to gain support and alignment for CRM initiatives.
- Utilize customer insights and feedback to inform CRM strategies and drive customer-centric approaches.
- Provide regular reports and updates on CRM performance to senior management.
Extensive Experience In Customer Relationship Management (Crm), With A Minimum Of 5 Years In A Senior Management Role.
Proven Track Record Of Successful Crm Strategies And Initiatives, Resulting In Increased Customer Retention And Revenue Growth.
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Manage And Develop A Team, As Well As Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Crm Software And Data Analytics, With The Ability To Analyze And Interpret Customer Data To Inform Strategic Decisions.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders, Both Internal And External.
