- Manage and maintain the human resources information system (HRIS) for the organization.
- Analyze and interpret HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights to inform strategic decision-making.
- Develop and implement data collection processes and tools to ensure accuracy and consistency of HR data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR data analysis and reporting.
- Create and present reports and dashboards to senior leadership and stakeholders on HR metrics and KPIs.
- Provide technical support and training to HR team members on HRIS usage and best practices.
- Identify opportunities to improve and streamline HR processes through data analysis and automation.
- Maintain confidentiality and data privacy in handling sensitive HR data.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as a data analysis subject matter expert.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture by promoting diversity and equity in HR data practices.
- Collaborate with IT and external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve HRIS issues.
- Mentor and coach junior HRIS data analysts to develop their skills and knowledge.

Extensive Experience With Hris Software: A Senior Hris Data Analyst At Urban Outfitters Should Have A Deep Understanding And Proficiency In Working With Various Hris Software, Such As Workday, Adp, Or Sap.
