We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Fraud Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Fraud Manager, you will play a crucial role in protecting Urban Outfitters from financial losses due to fraudulent activities. We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in fraud prevention and a passion for staying ahead of emerging threats.   1. Develop and implement fraud prevention strategies and policies to minimize financial losses for Urban Outfitters.
  2. Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.
  3. Manage a team of fraud prevention specialists and provide leadership and direction in their daily tasks.
  4. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging threats in order to continuously improve fraud prevention processes.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and legal, to identify and address fraudulent activities.
  6. Utilize data analysis and reporting tools to detect and investigate suspicious transactions.
  7. Proactively monitor and review orders and transactions to identify potential fraudulent activity.
  8. Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and disputes related to fraud or security issues.
  9. Work closely with law enforcement and other external partners to report and pursue legal action against fraudulent activities.
  10. Continuously review and improve existing fraud prevention systems and procedures.
  11. Train and educate employees on fraud awareness and prevention techniques.
  12. Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on fraud prevention activities and outcomes.
  13. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to fraud prevention.
  14. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information.
  15. Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to other departments on fraud-related matters.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Fraud Detection And Prevention: A Senior Fraud Manager At Urban Outfitters Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Fraud Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing Fraud Detection And Prevention Strategies.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Senior Fraud Manager Should Have The Ability To Analyze Complex Data Sets, Identify Patterns, And Make Data-Driven Decisions To Mitigate Fraud Risks.

  • Knowledge Of Current Fraud Trends And Techniques: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Latest Fraud Trends And Techniques, As Well As Experience In Developing And Implementing Strategies To Counter Them.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills: As A Senior Manager, The Candidate Should Possess Strong Communication And Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Other Departments Such As It, Finance, And Operations.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field: A Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Fields Such As Finance, Business, Or Computer Science Is Preferred For This Role. A Relevant Certification In Fraud Management, Such As Certified Fraud Examiner (Cfe), Would Also Be An Added Advantage.
