  1. Analyze and optimize supply chain processes to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  2. Develop and maintain financial models to track supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  4. Monitor inventory levels and work with procurement team to ensure optimal stock levels.
  5. Conduct financial analysis of supply chain data to identify trends and make strategic recommendations.
  6. Prepare and present financial reports to senior management to support decision making.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and suppliers.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in supply chain management.
  9. Identify and implement new tools and technologies to improve supply chain processes.
  10. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with financial and operational procedures.
  11. Mentor and train junior analysts on supply chain financial analysis and reporting.
  12. Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes related to supply chain operations.
  13. Proactively identify and communicate potential risks and opportunities to senior management.
  14. Collaborate with other departments, such as merchandising and logistics, to ensure smooth functioning of the supply chain.
  15. Represent Urban Outfitters at industry events and conferences to stay abreast of market trends and network with industry professionals.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Financial Analysis, Preferably In A Supply Chain Or Retail Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Supply Chain Processes And Systems, Including Inventory Management, Logistics, And Vendor Negotiations.

  • Advanced Proficiency In Financial Modeling And Data Analysis, Including Knowledge Of Excel, Sql, And Other Relevant Software.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Financial Information To Non-Financial Stakeholders.
