- Coordinate and support sales and operations functions of Urban Outfitters stores.
- Ensure efficient and effective daily operations by overseeing inventory management, scheduling, and other operational tasks.
- Collaborate with store managers and district managers to identify and address any operational challenges.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for improving sales performance.
- Communicate with store teams and headquarters to ensure timely and accurate execution of promotions, events, and other initiatives.
- Train and coach store teams on operational procedures and best practices.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of inventory, sales, and other important data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as merchandising and marketing, to ensure alignment and execution of company strategies.
- Identify areas for process improvement and assist in implementing new procedures.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors' activities to inform decision-making.
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Meet or exceed sales and operational goals and objectives.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and security guidelines.
- Handle any issues or concerns related to sales and operations in a prompt and professional manner.
- Continuously seek out opportunities to improve the customer experience and drive sales.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
