As the Sales Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales and operations functions of our stores. Your strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and ability to work well under pressure will be key in ensuring the success of our daily operations.   1. Coordinate and support sales and operations functions of Urban Outfitters stores.
  2. Ensure efficient and effective daily operations by overseeing inventory management, scheduling, and other operational tasks.
  3. Collaborate with store managers and district managers to identify and address any operational challenges.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for improving sales performance.
  5. Communicate with store teams and headquarters to ensure timely and accurate execution of promotions, events, and other initiatives.
  6. Train and coach store teams on operational procedures and best practices.
  7. Maintain accurate and organized records of inventory, sales, and other important data.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as merchandising and marketing, to ensure alignment and execution of company strategies.
  9. Identify areas for process improvement and assist in implementing new procedures.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors' activities to inform decision-making.
  11. Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
  12. Meet or exceed sales and operational goals and objectives.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and security guidelines.
  14. Handle any issues or concerns related to sales and operations in a prompt and professional manner.
  15. Continuously seek out opportunities to improve the customer experience and drive sales.
  16. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
