- Coordinate and communicate with store managers and sales associates to ensure smooth operations and consistent sales processes.
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues or challenges that may arise in the sales process, and work towards finding effective solutions.
- Assist in creating and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and meet sales targets.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and inventory management, to ensure alignment and efficiency in sales operations.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess sales processes, identify areas for improvement, and provide training and support to store staff.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
- Keep up-to-date with industry and market trends to stay informed and make strategic decisions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to sales operations.
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times, both internally and externally.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Sales Operations Or A Related Role.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Experience With Crm Software.
