- Greet and welcome customers to the store in a friendly and approachable manner.

- Maintain a thorough knowledge of current fashion trends and product offerings to effectively communicate with customers.
- Handle all transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit card, and gift card transactions.
- Keep the store’s visual appearance clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Monitor and restock merchandise on the sales floor to ensure availability for customers.
- Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and upselling products to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and cohesive work environment.
- Complete daily tasks and responsibilities assigned by management, including opening and closing procedures.
- Proactively seek out and resolve any customer concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Experience In Retail Sales: A Sales Associate At Urban Outfitters Should Have Previous Experience In A Retail Setting, Preferably In A Fashion Or Lifestyle Brand. This Will Demonstrate Their Ability To Handle Customer Interactions, Understand The Product, And Meet Sales Targets.
