1. Receive and process incoming merchandise from suppliers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
2. Inspect and record all incoming shipments for damages and discrepancies.
3. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
4. Utilize inventory management systems to track and manage inventory levels.
5. Maintain a clean and organized receiving area to ensure efficient and safe work environment.
6. Prepare and package merchandise for shipment, ensuring that all items are properly labeled and packaged.
7. Collaborate with team members to ensure all orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
8. Monitor and report any inventory or shipping discrepancies to management.
9. Assist in inventory counts and audits as needed.
10. Adhere to company safety and security protocols at all times.
11. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
12. Keep up to date with product knowledge and company policies and procedures.
13. Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned by management.
