  1. Assist in the product development process by researching market trends, analyzing customer feedback, and providing input on new product ideas.
  2. Collaborate with design and sourcing teams to source materials and develop prototypes for new products.
  3. Conduct quality control checks on product samples to ensure they meet company standards and customer expectations.
  4. Communicate with manufacturers and suppliers to track production timelines and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
  5. Create and maintain detailed production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products.
  6. Manage product data and documentation, including product specifications, pricing, and inventory levels.
  7. Monitor product inventory levels and work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely replenishment.
  8. Assist in pricing and cost analysis to ensure product profitability.
  9. Conduct market and competitor research to identify product opportunities and make recommendations for product improvements.
  10. Support the product team in various administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, taking meeting minutes, and organizing product samples.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve product development and production processes.
  12. Cultivate positive relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure a smooth and efficient product development and production process.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Fashion Merchandising, Product Development, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 1-2 Years Experience In Product Development And Production, Preferably In The Fashion Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Garment Construction, Fabric Sourcing, And Production Timelines.

  • Proficiency In Adobe Creative Suite And Microsoft Office.

  • Excellent Communication And Organization Skills, With The Ability To Multitask And Meet Deadlines In A Fast-Paced, Team-Oriented Environment.
