We’re looking for an innovative and creative individual to join our team as a Product Developer at Urban Outfitters. The Product Developer will be responsible for executing the creative vision of our products, from concept to completion. The ideal candidate has a background in product development and a passion for fashion. They should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to take initiative to meet tight deadlines.The Product Developer will collaborate with the production, design, and merchandising teams to create unique and marketable products. This individual must have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and proactive in identifying potential areas of improvement.To be successful in this role, the Product Developer must have a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field. Experience in the fashion industry is a plus. The Product Developer must have a good understanding of product development, a creative eye for design, and the ability to interpret customer feedback. Additionally, the candidate should have knowledge of market trends and be comfortable working with a wide range of materials.
