5. Build and maintain relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming and comfortable shopping experience.
6. Collaborate with store team members to ensure a cohesive and on-brand shopping experience for customers.
7. Assist with visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring that all merchandise is presented in an appealing and organized manner.
8. Act as a brand ambassador for Urban Outfitters, promoting the company's values and products to customers.
9. Continuously seek out opportunities for personal and professional growth, including attending fashion events and staying updated on industry developments.
10. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including keeping inventory and product displays tidy and well-stocked.
11. Meet sales goals by actively promoting products and making personalized recommendations to customers.
12. Provide honest and constructive feedback to customers, helping them make informed decisions about their fashion choices.
13. Assist in the training and development of new team members, sharing your knowledge and passion for fashion with others.
