8. Actively seek out and utilize customer feedback to improve the overall shopping experience.
9. Meet and exceed sales targets by utilizing strong selling techniques and promoting additional products.
10. Work in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to changing priorities and customer needs.
11. Demonstrate a strong understanding of the company's policies and procedures, including but not limited to returns, exchanges, and promotions.
12. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the styling area and fitting rooms.
