- Manage and troubleshoot any operational issues or challenges that may arise.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operations.
- Ensure all stores are in compliance with safety and security standards.
- Assist in the hiring and training of new operations team members.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment for all store staff.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Operations Management, Or A Related Field.
At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In The Retail Or E-Commerce Industry.
Strong Organizational And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Multitask And Prioritize Tasks Effectively.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Experience With Inventory Management Systems And Supply Chain Processes.
