
Operations Coordinator

- Oversee and manage daily operations of our stores, ensuring all tasks and responsibilities are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with store managers and team members to ensure all store processes and procedures are followed accurately and consistently.
- Monitor and maintain store inventory levels, ensuring products are restocked and displayed in a visually appealing manner.
- Assist with store merchandising, including setting up displays and organizing product placement.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any customer inquiries or concerns and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with store managers and team members to relay information and updates regarding store operations.
- Assist with training new team members on store operations and procedures.
- Maintain organized and accurate records of store inventory, sales, and other important data.
- Identify and report any operational issues or concerns to upper management.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and developments in order to make recommendations for improving store operations.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as buying and marketing, to ensure efficient and effective store operations.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss store performance and strategies for improvement.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times, ensuring a safe and welcoming work environment.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures, making suggestions for increased efficiency and productivity.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Operations Management, Or A Related Field.
Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Meet Deadlines.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Experience With Inventory Management Systems.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Operations Coordination Or A Similar Role.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.
