
Operations Coordinator

- Oversee daily operations of our retail stores, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.
- Manage and maintain inventory levels, including restocking and replenishing merchandise.
- Coordinate with store managers to ensure proper staffing levels and scheduling.
- Monitor and track store performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase sales.
- Provide support and guidance to store managers and staff, addressing any operational concerns or issues that may arise.
- Assist in the execution of visual merchandising standards and store layouts.
- Collaborate with the buying and planning teams to ensure timely and accurate product deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of store operations and performance metrics.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement operational procedures and guidelines to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Assist in the training and onboarding of new store employees.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to make informed decisions and recommendations.
- Serve as a liaison between the corporate office and store locations.
- Communicate regularly with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficient flow of information.
- Uphold the company's values and culture, serving as a brand ambassador for Urban Outfitters.
Strong Organizational And Problem-Solving Skills.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Experience With Inventory Management Software.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Management, Operations Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Retail Operations Or Supply Chain Management.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment.
