
Operations Coordinator

- Oversee the daily operations of Urban Outfitters stores, including inventory management, scheduling, and ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Communicate and collaborate with store managers and staff to ensure consistent implementation of company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze store performance to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure that all store equipment and supplies are well-maintained and in proper working condition.
- Train and mentor new store employees on company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company standards and identify any potential issues.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of merchandise.
- Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to ensure stores are visually appealing and merchandise is displayed in an attractive and organized manner.
- Assist in the planning and execution of promotions, events, and sales initiatives.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers and employees, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to make informed decisions regarding store operations.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on store operations and performance.
- Uphold and promote the company's brand image and values at all times.
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process for new store employees.
- Act as a liaison between store managers and upper management, communicating any concerns or issues that may arise.

Bachelor's Degree In Business, Operations Management, Or A Related Field.
