- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to operations.
- Train and onboard new store employees on operational processes and procedures.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of merchandise.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with operational standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze store performance data and make recommendations to improve operational processes.
- Communicate and coordinate with other departments, such as visual merchandising and marketing, to ensure smooth store operations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in retail operations and implement them within the company.
- Manage and track expenses related to store operations and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service by resolving any operational issues that may impact the shopping experience.
- Work closely with store managers to create and maintain a positive and efficient work environment for all employees.
- Participate in store meetings and provide updates on operational processes and procedures.
- Handle any other tasks or responsibilities related to store operations as assigned by the company.
Strong Organizational And Time Management Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Operations Management, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In The Retail Or Fashion Industry.
Proficient In Microsoft Office And Inventory Management Systems.
