  1. Monitor and manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  2. Maintain accurate inventory levels and oversee replenishment processes.
  3. Collaborate with store managers and team members to identify and resolve any operational issues.
  4. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to operations.
  5. Train and onboard new store employees on operational processes and procedures.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of merchandise.
  7. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with operational standards and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Analyze store performance data and make recommendations to improve operational processes.
  9. Communicate and coordinate with other departments, such as visual merchandising and marketing, to ensure smooth store operations.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in retail operations and implement them within the company.
  11. Manage and track expenses related to store operations and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  12. Provide excellent customer service by resolving any operational issues that may impact the shopping experience.
  13. Work closely with store managers to create and maintain a positive and efficient work environment for all employees.
  14. Participate in store meetings and provide updates on operational processes and procedures.
  15. Handle any other tasks or responsibilities related to store operations as assigned by the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Organizational And Time Management Skills.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Operations Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In The Retail Or Fashion Industry.
