As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the smooth functioning of our retail operations, ensuring that our customers receive the best shopping experience possible.   1. Oversee and coordinate daily operations of the retail store, including inventory management and stock replenishment.
  2. Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and organization to provide a positive shopping experience for customers.
  3. Train and supervise store associates on proper store operations procedures, including opening and closing protocols.
  4. Communicate with management and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient store operations.
  5. Assist in creating and implementing store policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  6. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
  8. Analyze sales data and provide recommendations for improvement in store operations.
  9. Collaborate with visual merchandising team to ensure store displays and layouts are visually appealing and in line with company standards.
  10. Monitor and manage store budget, including tracking expenses and identifying areas for cost savings.
  11. Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of merchandise and resolve any issues that may arise.
  12. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve store operations.
  13. Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training of new store associates.
  14. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the store team.
  15. Represent the company's brand and values at all times.
