- Oversee and manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and customer service.
- Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed, and make updates as needed to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with team members to create and implement strategies for improving store operations and achieving sales goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all inventory, sales, and customer interactions.
- Train and supervise staff members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to improve store performance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality products.
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Assist in the planning and execution of store events and promotions.
- Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve store operations.
- Participate in hiring and training of new team members as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols.
- Maintain a positive and welcoming work environment for all team members.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Experience In Retail Operations: Candidates Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Retail Setting, Preferably In A Similar Role Such As Inventory Management Or Logistics.
