Welcome to Urban Outfitters! We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our stores.   1. Oversee daily operations of the store, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
  2. Maintain inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
  3. Monitor and track store expenses, including supplies, equipment, and labor costs.
  4. Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  5. Identify and address any operational issues or concerns, and make recommendations for improvements.
  6. Train and develop store associates on operational processes and procedures.
  7. Collaborate with other departments, such as merchandising and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of company initiatives.
  8. Manage and maintain store equipment and facilities, coordinating repairs and maintenance as needed.
  9. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for inventory management.
  10. Foster a positive and welcoming environment for customers and employees, ensuring exceptional customer service is consistently delivered.
  11. Create and maintain operational reports and documentation for management review.
  12. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve store operations.
  13. Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
  14. Adhere to company safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field

  • 2-3 Years Of Experience In Operations Or Project Coordination, Preferably In The Retail Industry

  • Strong Knowledge Of Inventory Management And Supply Chain Processes

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Experience With Inventory Management Software, Such As Sap Or Oracle.
