  3. Handle and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Proactively identify and address potential customer issues to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  5. Assist customers with product and service recommendations, order tracking, and other inquiries.
  6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and efficient customer service.
  7. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Urban Outfitters' products, services, and policies.
  8. Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures to enhance the overall shopping experience.
