  12. Train and mentor junior merchandise planning team members to ensure consistent execution of strategies and goals.
  13. Collaborate with the merchandising and marketing teams to plan and execute promotions and events.
  14. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all job duties.
  15. Meet and exceed sales and profitability targets through effective merchandise planning and strategic decision-making.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Retail Management, Or A Related Field.
