Job Description

Urban Outfitters is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Key Holder to join our dynamic team. As a Key Holder, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our store by providing exceptional customer service, leading by example, and assisting with daily operations.   1. Provide exceptional customer service to all customers by greeting them, answering questions, and assisting with their shopping experience.
  2. Serve as a role model for the team by demonstrating excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a fashion-forward sense of style.
  3. Assist in daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining store appearance.
  4. Train and develop team members on product knowledge, customer service skills, and store policies and procedures.
  5. Ensure store is meeting and exceeding sales goals by monitoring and analyzing sales data and implementing strategies to drive sales.
  6. Collaborate with management to create and implement visual merchandising strategies that align with Urban Outfitters' brand image.
  7. Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular stock counts and replenishing merchandise on the sales floor.
  8. Handle customer complaints and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
  9. Monitor and ensure the safety and security of the store and its merchandise.
  10. Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and product knowledge to effectively assist customers and make recommendations.
  11. Assist in scheduling and staffing to ensure appropriate coverage during peak business hours.
  12. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  13. Proactively seek opportunities for personal and professional development.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  15. Other duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Retail Management Experience: A Key Holder At Urban Outfitters Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Success In A Retail Management Role, Preferably With Experience In The Fashion Industry.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: The Key Holder Will Be Responsible For Leading And Managing A Team Of Sales Associates, So They Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Motivate And Guide Their Team Towards Achieving Sales Targets.

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: Urban Outfitters Prides Itself On Providing Exceptional Customer Service, So The Key Holder Should Have Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Ensure A Positive Shopping Experience For Customers.

  • Knowledge Of Fashion Trends: As A Key Holder, It Is Important To Have A Keen Understanding Of Current Fashion Trends And The Ability To Translate Them Into Merchandising And Styling Strategies To Drive Sales.

  • Ability To Work Flexible Hours: Key Holders At Urban Outfitters Should Be Able To Work A Variety Of Shifts, Including Weekends And Evenings, To Ensure Proper Coverage And Meet The Needs Of The Business.
