Job Qualifications
  • Previous Retail Experience: Candidates For A Key Holder Position At Urban Outfitters Should Have At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience In A Retail Setting, Preferably In A Similar Role Such As A Sales Associate Or Supervisor.
