As a Key Holder, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our store by supporting the management team and providing exceptional customer service.   1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their shopping experience.
  2. Serve as a leader on the sales floor, training and guiding team members on company policies and procedures.
  3. Support the management team in achieving sales goals and maintaining store standards.
  4. Utilize strong organizational skills to ensure the store is properly stocked, merchandised, and maintained.
  5. Lead by example and maintain a positive attitude to motivate and inspire team members.
  6. Act as a role model for excellent customer service by resolving any customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Maintain a thorough understanding of current fashion trends and product knowledge to assist customers with their purchases.
  8. Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.
  9. Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve company goals.
  10. Act as a point of contact for team members, assisting with scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  11. Continuously strive to improve and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and store performance.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to dress code, safety, and loss prevention measures.
  13. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, stock room, and back office area.
  14. Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide feedback and suggestions for improvement.
  15. Actively participate in meetings and training sessions to stay informed on company updates, policies, and procedures.

  • Retail Experience: Previous Experience In A Retail Setting, Preferably In A Leadership Role, Is Essential For A Key Holder Position At Urban Outfitters. This Demonstrates An Understanding Of Customer Service, Sales Techniques, And Store Operations.
