- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, resolving any issues or concerns, and maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the store.
- Lead a team of sales associates by setting a positive example, providing guidance and support, and promoting a collaborative and cohesive working environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock levels by conducting regular inventory checks, restocking merchandise, and placing orders when needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store by regularly restocking and merchandising products, following display guidelines, and ensuring the store is free of clutter.
- Utilize strong fashion knowledge and an eye for style to assist customers with selecting and styling outfits, and provide fashion advice and recommendations.
- Responsible for opening and closing the store, including handling cash and credit transactions, balancing registers, and securing the store at the end of the day.
- Train and onboard new team members, and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for existing team members to ensure their success and growth within the company.
- Uphold company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all safety, security, and operational standards.
- Assist with special promotions, events, and sales initiatives to drive store traffic and increase sales.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Urban Outfitters by embodying the company's values and promoting a positive and inclusive brand image.
Retail Experience: A Key Holder At Urban Outfitters Should Have Previous Experience Working In A Retail Setting, Preferably In The Fashion Industry. This Experience Will Ensure That They Have A Good Understanding Of The Company's Products, Policies, And Processes.
