Urban Outfitters is seeking a reliable and driven Key Holder to join our team. As a Key Holder, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our store by providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and leading a team of sales associates.   1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, resolving any issues or concerns, and maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the store.
  2. Lead a team of sales associates by setting a positive example, providing guidance and support, and promoting a collaborative and cohesive working environment.
  3. Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock levels by conducting regular inventory checks, restocking merchandise, and placing orders when needed.
  4. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store by regularly restocking and merchandising products, following display guidelines, and ensuring the store is free of clutter.
  5. Utilize strong fashion knowledge and an eye for style to assist customers with selecting and styling outfits, and provide fashion advice and recommendations.
  6. Responsible for opening and closing the store, including handling cash and credit transactions, balancing registers, and securing the store at the end of the day.
  7. Train and onboard new team members, and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for existing team members to ensure their success and growth within the company.
  8. Uphold company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all safety, security, and operational standards.
  9. Assist with special promotions, events, and sales initiatives to drive store traffic and increase sales.
  10. Act as a brand ambassador for Urban Outfitters by embodying the company's values and promoting a positive and inclusive brand image.

  • Organizational Skills: Key Holders Have Various Tasks To Juggle, Such As Opening And Closing The Store, Managing Inventory, And Overseeing Sales Associates. Strong Organizational Skills Are Essential To Ensure That All Tasks Are Completed Efficiently And On Time.

  • Availability: Key Holders Are Typically Required To Work Flexible Hours, Including Evenings, Weekends, And Holidays. Candidates Should Be Available To Work These Shifts And Have A Reliable Means Of Transportation To Get To And From The Store. Additionally, They Should Be Able To Work Overtime When Needed.
