  1. Greet and welcome customers to the store in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with product inquiries, purchases, and returns.
  3. Lead a team of sales associates to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
  4. Train and develop new team members on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge.
  5. Ensure the store is properly merchandised and stocked to create an inviting shopping environment.
  6. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
  7. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and keep up-to-date on current fashion and music trends.
  8. Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management.
  9. Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Maintain store cleanliness and organization to uphold company standards.
  11. Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security.
  12. Continuously strive to improve sales and productivity by identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  13. Uphold company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure work environment.
  14. Collaborate with team members to create a positive and inclusive work culture.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador by promoting Urban Outfitters' values and mission.
