IT Support Specialist

At Urban Outfitters, we are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our IT team and provide technical assistance to our employees and customers. This individual should be highly motivated, organized, and a creative problem-solver with excellent customer service skills. The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical background with experience in Information Technology and be able to provide a high level of customer satisfaction while efficiently resolving customer requests. The IT Support Specialist should be able to work independently and be a team player, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field• At least 3 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications• Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software• Excellent customer service and communication skills • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
