IT Support Specialist

Urban Outfitters is looking for an experienced and innovative IT Support Specialist to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a motivated problem-solver who is eager to take on the challenge of keeping our technology running smoothly. As the IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for responding to and troubleshooting technical inquiries, assisting with software and hardware installation, and maintaining our network systems. You must have an aptitude for technology and a strong customer service mindset to be successful in this role.To be considered for this position, you must have at least 2 years of experience as an IT Support Specialist or equivalent role. You must also be proficient in Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems and have a working knowledge of TCP/IP and networking fundamentals. Furthermore, you must be able to communicate technical information in an easily understandable manner and have a passion for learning new technologies.
