- Monitor and analyze influencer performance to measure the success of campaigns and make recommendations for future partnerships.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging influencers to ensure a fresh and relevant approach to influencer marketing.
- Manage influencer relationships, including contract negotiations, content approvals, and timely communication.
- Work closely with the social media team to integrate influencer content into the brand's social media channels.
- Create and maintain a database of influencers, including contact information, past partnerships, and insights.
- Coordinate and execute influencer events, activations, and collaborations.
- Monitor influencer mentions and engagement on social media and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Act as a brand ambassador and represent Urban Outfitters at industry events and networking opportunities.
- Collaborate with the PR team to leverage influencer partnerships for press opportunities.
- Provide regular reports and updates on influencer marketing efforts to the marketing team and upper management.
- Continuously seek out new and innovative ways to incorporate influencer marketing into the overall marketing strategy.
