Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated HR Coordinator to join the Human Resources team at Urban Outfitters. This role provides support to our organization's HR functions and processes, and is a great opportunity to grow and develop your career in Human Resources.The successful candidate will be a self-starter with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, a high attention to detail, and a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures. They will possess a post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field, and have at least one year of related experience. They will be a team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. The HR Coordinator will assist with recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations initiatives, while also providing administrative support to the HR team. This role is essential to the success of our Human Resources department and the organization as a whole.
