Job Description

We are excited to announce the opening for a Human Resources (HR) Coordinator at Urban Outfitters. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service. This position requires attention to detail while managing multiple tasks and ensuring the highest quality of services to our team members. The HR Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department and will be a key contributor to the successful onboarding, engagement and retention of our valued team members.To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field. Additionally, a minimum of two years of experience in Human Resources is required. The ideal candidate should also demonstrate excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving and customer service skills.
