Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, organized, and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join the team at Urban Outfitters. The ideal candidate should have a passion for developing and implementing Human Resources policies and procedures while fostering a positive work environment. The successful HR Coordinator will be a proactive individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced and ever-evolving work environment.To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to think and act strategically. You should be able to prioritize tasks and remain calm under pressure. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience in a Human Resources role and an understanding of current employment legislation. An HR certification and bilingualism is an asset.
