Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, dedicated and organized HR Coordinator to join our team at Urban Outfitters. This position will be responsible for providing administrative support for the Human Resources department and ensuring that our employees have an excellent experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing outstanding service to our team members and a desire to create an environment where everyone can thrive.The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in the retail industry. They will also have excellent organizational and time management skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a customer service-oriented attitude. We are looking for someone who is an analytical problem solver and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
