Job Description

Urban Outfitters is looking for an HR Coordinator to join our dynamic and fast-paced Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, experience in an HR role, and a desire to help foster a positive work culture.If you are an organized, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a strong team-oriented attitude, then we want to hear from you! The HR Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support on a variety of HR initiatives, including onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and policy implementation.To be successful in this role, applicants should possess a minimum of two years’ experience in a human resources or administrative role, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. A working knowledge of current employment laws and best practices is also essential. Above all, the HR Coordinator should demonstrate a commitment to upholding the values and mission of Urban Outfitters.
