11. Attend trade shows and other industry events to gather inspiration and stay updated on industry trends.
12. Continuously monitor and analyze sales data to inform design decisions.
13. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual assets for product launches and promotions.
14. Support the design team with any other tasks or projects as needed.
15. Uphold and promote the Free People brand identity and aesthetic in all designs and collaborations.
