Job Description

The role of the Ecommerce Operations Specialist will support the daily operational functions and long-term strategic goals of the Ecommerce Operations team. Help to improve the overall customer experience by collaborating on various projects relating to web development, user experience, IT/systems, operations, logistics & customer service. Identify and track front/back-end web platform issues and work directly with shared services and brand teams to prioritize & resolve them. Support brand teams in the planning and execution for all web-related enhancements (i.e operational emails, web copy & checkout updates). Assist in end-to-end system quality assurance and build testing.
