They must have a strong understanding of supply chain management, as well as be able to effectively manage people and resources to ensure maximum efficiency and profitability.The chosen individual should have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the capability to develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other team members. They will be responsible for ensuring that all orders are fulfilled in a timely manner, and that the distribution center is kept clean and organized. The ideal candidate will also possess strong problem solving and analytical skills, as well as experience working in a fast-paced environment.The successful candidate will possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in business or related field, as well as at least five years of experience leading a distribution team. They must also possess a valid driver's license and have proven experience with warehouse inventory management systems.
