Job Description

As the Distribution Center Manager at Urban Outfitters, you will be responsible for driving the success of our company-wide distribution operations. We’re looking for a confident, hands-on leader who is able to work effectively with other departments to ensure that our products are shipped to our customers on time and in great condition. We’re looking for someone with warehouse management experience who is able to take initiative, think strategically, and bring innovative solutions to the table.We require the following qualifications: a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least 5 years of experience in distribution center management, a deep understanding of supply chain processes and operations, strong problem-solving and organizational skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate should also have experience with warehouse management systems, a strong working knowledge of safety regulations, and a commitment to delivering quality customer service.If you’re an experienced leader with a passion for driving results and a commitment to excellence, this is the role for you!
