- Communicate with store leadership to ensure displays are completed on time and meet company standards.
- Assist in the planning and execution of in-store events and promotions.
- Source materials and props needed for displays within budget guidelines.
- Train and mentor new Display Artists as needed.
- Act as a brand ambassador and maintain a positive and professional image while representing Urban Outfitters.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures when constructing and installing displays.
- Continuously provide feedback and suggestions for improving the visual appeal of the store.
- Assist in maintaining the overall appearance and organization of the store.
- Ensure all displays are in compliance with company standards and policies.
