9. Assist with store resets and seasonal changes to ensure displays are updated and reflect the current season and merchandise.
10. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure displays align with current promotions and campaigns.
11. Train and mentor store associates on display techniques to maintain consistency across all store locations.
12. Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure all materials are properly stored and disposed of.
13. Act as a brand ambassador by embodying the Urban Outfitters aesthetic and values in all display designs.
14. Attend and participate in visual merchandising meetings and training sessions to stay informed on brand initiatives and updates.
15. Take initiative to suggest and implement new ideas for displays to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
