- Lead and mentor a team of content creators, providing guidance and direction in the development of engaging and on-brand content.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and consumer behavior to inform and drive strategic content decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content consistency across all channels and platforms.
- Utilize analytics and insights to measure the success of content strategies and make data-driven decisions for future campaigns.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, influencers, and content creators to enhance brand awareness and reach.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality visual assets, including photography, video, and graphic design, for use across various marketing channels.
- Collaborate with the social media team to ensure content is optimized for each platform and resonates with the target audience.
- Continuously innovate and experiment with new and emerging content formats and channels to keep the brand at the forefront of creative storytelling.
- Act as a brand ambassador, advocating for the Urban Outfitters aesthetic and values in all content created and shared.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Or A Related Field. A Higher Degree, Such As A Master's, Is Preferred.
5+ Years Of Experience In A Creative Content Strategy Role, Preferably In The Retail Or Fashion Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Digital Marketing, Social Media, And Content Creation Trends And Strategies.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Executing Successful Creative Campaigns That Drive Brand Awareness And Engagement.
Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Manage Cross-Functional Teams And Work Effectively With External Partners And Agencies.
