- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction within the service and styling department.

- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure products are always available for customers.
- Train and mentor associates on service and styling techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Create and maintain visual merchandising displays to showcase products and promote sales.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to associates to help them reach their full potential.
- Oversee scheduling and staffing for the department to ensure adequate coverage during peak business hours.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment for employees and customers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to inventory control, loss prevention, and safety.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Retail Management, Preferably In A Fashion Or Lifestyle Brand.
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Employees.
Extensive Knowledge Of Current Fashion Trends And Ability To Incorporate Them Into The Store's Merchandise And Styling.
Excellent Customer Service Skills And Experience In Providing Exceptional Customer Experiences.
