Department Manager: Service & Styling

As the Department Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our service and styling department, ensuring exceptional customer service and a stylish shopping experience for our customers. 1. Oversee the daily operations of the service and styling department to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service and promote a stylish shopping experience.
3. Train, mentor, and motivate team members to provide exceptional service and maintain high standards of performance.
4. Monitor and analyze department sales and take necessary actions to meet or exceed sales targets.
5. Maintain a strong awareness of current fashion trends, customer preferences, and market competition.
6. Collaborate with other department managers to plan and execute promotional events and initiatives.
7. Manage inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to meet customer demands.

9. Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment for team members.
10. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and loss prevention measures.
11. Prepare and present department reports and updates to upper management.
12. Continuously assess and improve the department's performance, processes, and procedures.
13. Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating exceptional customer service, strong work ethic, and a passion for fashion.
14. Collaborate with HR to recruit, select, and onboard new team members.
15. Work closely with the visual merchandising team to ensure the department is well-organized and visually appealing at all times.
