As the Department Manager for Service & Styling, you will play a crucial role in leading and inspiring our team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales through innovative styling.   1. Lead and inspire a team of service and styling associates to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to ensure the department meets and exceeds sales goals.
  3. Train and mentor team members on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
  4. Create and maintain a positive and energetic work environment that encourages creativity and teamwork.
  5. Stay up-to-date on the latest fashion trends and incorporate them into the styling and merchandising of the department.
  6. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement action plans accordingly.
  7. Manage inventory levels and ensure proper product placement and visual merchandising standards are maintained.
  8. Collaborate with other department managers to ensure a cohesive and seamless shopping experience for customers.
  9. Address customer concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members.
  11. Ensure all team members are adhering to company policies and procedures, including safety and loss prevention measures.
  12. Develop and maintain relationships with customers to drive repeat business and loyalty.
  13. Assist with scheduling and payroll for the department.
  14. Stay informed on industry trends and competitors to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
  15. Contribute to the overall success of the store by actively participating in meetings and providing input on store initiatives.
