  4. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit, and gift card transactions.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance the shopping experience for customers.
  6. Collaborate with team members to ensure that all customer needs are met and all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  7. Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Urban Outfitters brand and its products to effectively assist customers with their shopping experience.
  8. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals and targets, while also maintaining a positive and friendly attitude.
  9. Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and product knowledge to provide customers with the most relevant and accurate information.
  10. Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally and effectively, following company policies and procedures.
  11. Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise as needed.
