Job Description

Urban Outfitters is looking for a Customer Service Associate who is passionate about helping customers and providing exceptional service. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, an aptitude for problem solving and the ability to think on their feet. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, using your strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and ensure satisfaction. The successful candidate will possess a positive attitude and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.To succeed in this position, you must have outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, and a customer-focused attitude. You must be able to manage multiple tasks and be able to think independently and make sound decisions. A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required. Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required. If you are up for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you!
