High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Education Requirement For A Customer Associate At Urban Outfitters Is A High School Diploma Or Equivalent.
Retail Experience: Previous Experience In A Retail Environment Is Highly Desirable For A Customer Associate Position At Urban Outfitters. This Includes Experience In Customer Service, Sales, And Cash Handling.
Strong Communication Skills: A Customer Associate Must Possess Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Interact With Customers And Team Members. This Includes Verbal And Written Communication, As Well As Active Listening Skills.
Fashion Knowledge And Interest: Urban Outfitters Is A Fashion-Forward Brand, So A Strong Knowledge And Interest In Current Fashion Trends Is Important For A Customer Associate. This Will Allow Them To Provide Fashion Advice And Styling Tips To Customers.
