High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Education Requirement For A Customer Associate At Urban Outfitters Is A High School Diploma Or Equivalent.
Retail Experience: Previous Experience In A Retail Environment Is Highly Desirable For A Customer Associate Position At Urban Outfitters. This Includes Experience In Customer Service, Sales, And Cash Handling.
Strong Communication Skills: A Customer Associate Must Possess Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Interact With Customers And Team Members. This Includes Verbal And Written Communication, As Well As Active Listening Skills.
