Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Continuous Improvement Or Process Improvement Role, Preferably In The Retail Industry
Strong Analytical Skills With The Ability To Collect And Interpret Data To Identify Areas For Improvement
Knowledge Of Lean Six Sigma Methodologies And Experience Implementing Process Improvement Initiatives
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally And Facilitate Change Management Within The Organization.
