  1. Develop and implement community engagement initiatives that align with the company's brand values and goals.
  2. Identify and build relationships with community partners and organizations to create meaningful collaborations and opportunities.
  3. Plan and execute events and campaigns that engage and inspire community members.
  4. Monitor and analyze community engagement metrics to track progress and make data-driven decisions.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure community engagement efforts are integrated into overall company strategies.
  6. Create and manage budgets for community engagement initiatives.
  7. Act as a spokesperson for the company in community events and engagements.
  8. Communicate and promote the company's community engagement efforts internally and externally.
  9. Stay informed about current events and issues in the community to identify potential areas for the company to make a positive impact.
  10. Foster a culture of inclusivity and diversity within community engagement efforts.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with local media to promote community engagement initiatives.
  12. Coordinate volunteer opportunities for company employees to give back to the community.
  13. Represent the company in community meetings and forums to stay informed and involved in local initiatives.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve community engagement strategies to ensure maximum impact and alignment with company values.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company's commitment to community engagement and giving back.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Community Engagement, Event Planning, Or Social Media Management.

  • Strong Understanding Of Current Social And Cultural Trends, Particularly Within The Youth And Fashion Industries.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Diverse Communities.

  • Experience Working With Non-Profit Organizations And/Or Coordinating Volunteer Initiatives Is Preferred.
